Acceptance
By using Baymax ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Baymax is a privately operated AI assistant that integrates with Google Chat. It uses large language models to respond to your messages, and can optionally access Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts) on your behalf when authorised.
Use of the Service
- The App is provided for personal and internal business use by invited users.
- You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You are responsible for the content of messages you send to the App.
AI-Generated Content
- Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- You should verify important information before relying on it.
- The App is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
Google Services Access
If you authorise the App to access your Google account:
- You grant the App permission to read and send emails, access calendar events, read contacts, and access Drive files as needed to fulfil your requests.
- You can revoke this access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
Availability & Liability
- The App is provided "as is" with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
- Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates without notice.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
